Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's goals, mission and curriculum standards
Collaborate with teachers, administrators and other staff members to design and deliver innovative and engaging educational experiences for students
Coordinate and schedule educational activities, workshops, seminars, and events
Manage program budgets and resources effectively and efficiently
Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements to meet the needs of students
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to create opportunities for students
Provide support and guidance to teachers and staff in implementing educational programs
Develop and maintain program materials, including curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment tools
Conduct regular meetings with program staff to ensure program goals and objectives are being met
Stay up-to-date with education trends and research to ensure programs remain relevant and effective

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating educational programs
Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational principles
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
