Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As an Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and reliable to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's systems and networks.
• Oversee and manage the organization's data centers, servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and support technicians, to ensure the timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and understand their IT infrastructure needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Plan and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented to meet the organization's technology needs.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure can quickly recover from any unexpected disruptions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency, security, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing data centers, servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL, are a plus.
