Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective curriculum and instructional strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is able to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with curriculum development team to design and implement curriculum materials that meet the needs of our students and align with our company's objectives
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify best practices and resources for curriculum development
• Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective
• Develop and deliver training sessions for teachers and staff on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies
• Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with teachers to create differentiated instructional materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of curriculum with assessments, technology, and other initiatives
• Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve curriculum and instructional practices
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and administrators, to ensure transparency and gather feedback on curriculum materials
• Manage and maintain curriculum materials and resources, both physical and digital
• Assist with the development and implementation of new curriculum projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Knowledge of current education trends, best practices, and standards
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Experience with data analysis and using data to inform decision-making
• Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' learning
