Job Title: Veterinary Education Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Education Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our veterinary education programs. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for animal welfare and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for veterinary professionals, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of education programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update educational content, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Manage program registration, including promotion, registration, and payment processing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with veterinary schools and other educational institutions to promote our programs and recruit attendees.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze data to continually improve our education programs.
• Manage budget and expenses related to education programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in veterinary medicine to ensure our programs are relevant and impactful.
• Provide support to program participants, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Prepare and distribute program materials, including agendas, speaker bios, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote education programs through various channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Act as a liaison between program participants and speakers, ensuring all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for program participants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Veterinary Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating educational programs, preferably in the veterinary industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software.
• Passion for animal welfare and education.
• Ability to travel for events and conferences, as needed.
