About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Airport Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments and facilities. You will also be responsible for managing a team of airport staff and collaborating with airline partners to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards for the airport in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and manage all operational activities, including airside and landside operations, terminal operations, security, and emergency services.
• Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and allocation of airport equipment and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of airport operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols and identify and resolve any potential issues.
• Develop and manage the airport's budget, ensuring financial goals are met and expenses are kept within budget.
• Develop and lead a team of airport staff, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, implementing new technologies and processes to improve airport operations.
• Ensure all operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of airport operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proven experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
