Position: Investment Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Investment Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's investment portfolio, analyzing potential investment opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to maximize returns. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make sound investment decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve the company's financial goals
• Manage the company's investment portfolio, including overseeing asset allocation, risk management, and performance tracking
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential investment opportunities, including financial statements, market trends, and industry developments
• Present investment recommendations to senior management and the investment committee, highlighting potential risks and returns
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of current investments and make necessary adjustments to optimize returns
• Build and maintain relationships with external fund managers, brokers, and other investment professionals to stay informed about market trends and opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with economic and financial market developments to identify potential investment opportunities and risks
• Provide regular reports to senior management and investors on the performance of the investment portfolio
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure investment strategies align with the company's overall objectives
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior investment team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, preferably in a similar role
• Proven track record of success in managing investments and achieving strong returns
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to make sound investment decisions under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA preferred
