We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with the leasing process, promoting our properties, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will be crucial in helping us maintain a high occupancy rate and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and build relationships with potential tenants, conduct property tours, and provide detailed information about our properties
• Assist with the leasing process, including reviewing applications, preparing lease agreements, and collecting deposits and rent payments
• Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns from current and potential tenants in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor properties to effectively promote our properties and attract potential tenants
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units are move-in ready and maintain curb appeal
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of any maintenance requests from tenants
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote our properties and attract potential tenants
• Utilize various marketing strategies, including social media, to attract and retain tenants
• Assist with organizing and hosting property events to engage with current and potential tenants and promote a sense of community within our properties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
