Tech Build Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage engineering projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Set project goals and ensure they are met within the designated time frame and budget
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
• Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success
• Conduct project reviews and create reports to present to senior management
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure project files are up to date

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in budget management and cost control
• Understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• PMP certification is a plus
