Position: Clothing Production Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clothing Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Clothing Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of our clothing line from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team to ensure production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production process
• Plan and prioritize production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and targets
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Develop and implement production policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Train and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
• Collaborate with other departments such as design, sales, and logistics to ensure a smooth production process
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
• Maintain production records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production facility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clothing production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and production processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Knowledge of production management software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
