Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Arms software using programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python
Collaborate with other developers to design, implement, and test new software features
Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure a smooth user experience
Write efficient, well-documented, and reusable code that adheres to industry standards
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Work closely with project managers and clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve our software
Follow agile development methodologies and participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Provide technical support to clients and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Continuously monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and security of the software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software releases

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the defense industry
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python
Experience with software development tools, such as Visual Studio, Git, and JIRA
Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns
Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code
Security clearance or willingness to obtain one
