Next GenTech Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our growing team. As the Network Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and services including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to design, implement and maintain network infrastructure to support business needs.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve network performance and security.
• Create and maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve any network-related issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the organization's network infrastructure remains current and efficient.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
