Key Responsibilities:

Perform various repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general handyman tasks
Inspect properties on a regular basis to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
Install and repair fixtures and equipment, such as light fixtures, faucets, toilets, and appliances
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Repair and replace damaged drywall, paint walls, and perform other general repairs as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Keep track of materials and supplies needed for repairs and report any shortages to the supervisor
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general handyman skills
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
