Position: Wireless Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling wireless products and services to customers. You will play a key role in promoting our brand, building customer relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our wireless products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling wireless products and services
• Continuously stay updated on new products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate to customers and drive sales
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage customer loyalty and retention
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of company assets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Knowledge and understanding of wireless products and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in using technology and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
