Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements
Design and develop software solutions that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
Debug and troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions
Utilize best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and efficient software development
Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of bug-free software
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Communicate project progress and potential risks to project managers and team members
Continuously strive for improvement and contribute to the growth of the team and company

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced and agile environment
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience with database management and SQL
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
