Job Description: As a PR Specialist at CommSpeak PR Corp, you will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining our brand image and reputation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance our company's visibility and credibility. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure that our messaging is in line with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company's brand and image.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other relevant materials.
• Plan and execute media events such as press conferences, product launches, and trade shows.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on PR activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Handle media inquiries and arrange interviews for company executives.
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities for company executives at relevant industry events.
• Manage crisis communication and reputation management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to identify potential PR opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing PR strategies and securing media coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media relations and networking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and PR software.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a plus.
