About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Education Program Manager to join our team. As an Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all aspects of our education programs. You will work closely with the education team, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for our education programs, in line with the company's vision and goals
• Collaborate with the education team to design, develop, and update course curriculum and materials
• Oversee the recruitment and training of instructors, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality education
• Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools, universities, and organizations, to promote our programs and expand our reach
• Coordinate and oversee program events, such as workshops, conferences, and community outreach programs
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Utilize data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in education to continuously improve our programs
• Lead and manage a team of program coordinators and support staff, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and market our education programs
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team on program progress, outcomes, and challenges
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in relation to education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in education
• Experience in budget management and financial planning
• Ability to travel as needed
