Title: Luxury Goods & Jewelry Sales Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our luxury goods and jewelry team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales of our high-end luxury goods and jewelry products. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our luxury goods and jewelry products to customers, while showcasing their unique qualities and craftsmanship.
• Proactively approach and assist customers to meet their specific needs, whether it be for a special occasion or personal indulgence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of customer service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing your strong sales skills to drive revenue and increase profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge, ensuring you are able to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine desire to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Passion for luxury goods and a keen eye for fashion and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology and systems.
