Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Collaborate with the team to ensure that educational programs are innovative, engaging, and relevant.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education to inform program development and improvement.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of educational program staff and volunteers.
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Identify and secure partnerships and funding opportunities to support educational programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and government agencies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis and feedback from participants.
Develop and maintain program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Stay informed about educational policies and regulations and make necessary adjustments to programs to remain compliant.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of educational principles, trends, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to develop and manage budgets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and program participants.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining effective partnerships.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve programs.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the education sector.
