Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, providing guidance and training as needed
Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and client needs
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients
Attend meetings, conferences, and networking events to expand professional knowledge and connections

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a law firm setting
Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to complex legal issues
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
Proven track record of successful client representation and relationship management
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
Strong time-management and organizational skills
