Position Title: Insurance Claims Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance claims by gathering and reviewing relevant information, such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity and coverage of claims.
• Evaluate the extent of damages and losses, and calculate settlement amounts based on insurance policies and industry standards.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders, claimants, and other parties involved in the claims process.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all claims and related activities.
• Collaborate with legal and medical professionals, as well as other insurance specialists, to gather information and evidence for claims.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in insurance policies to ensure compliance and accurate claims processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from policyholders and claimants in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and report any potential fraudulent activity or suspicious claims.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims processing.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
