Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design curriculum and instructional materials for various courses and programs.
Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, standards, and best practices in curriculum development.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance in curriculum design.
Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Incorporate interactive and multimedia elements into curriculum to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Ensure that curriculum meets the needs of diverse learners and is accessible for students with special needs.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing curriculum to ensure it remains current and relevant.
Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary improvements.
Train and support instructors on the delivery of curriculum and instructional methods.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of curriculum development process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
Experience with developing curriculum for both traditional and online learning environments.
Proficient in using authoring tools and multimedia software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
