Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain databases for our company's systems and applications
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly backing up and testing data
• Design and implement security measures to protect the company's databases from unauthorized access
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement database solutions for new projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support decision-making processes
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and meaningful way
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management and data analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems, including SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation languages
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
