Job Title: Data Warehousing Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Warehousing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Warehousing Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's data warehouse to integrate, store, and manage large volumes of data from multiple sources. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of data for our business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data warehouse requirements and understand the company's data needs.
• Design and develop data warehouse architecture, data models, and ETL processes to support business reporting and analytics.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the data warehouse.
• Perform data profiling to identify anomalies and gaps in data, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data mapping documents.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and make recommendations for process improvements and new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data usage and provide insights and recommendations for data-driven decision making.
• Train and support end-users on data warehouse access and usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms such as AWS Redshift or Azure SQL Data Warehouse.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
