Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of civil engineers in the design and execution of civil engineering projects.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with project managers and clients.
Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to determine the suitability of proposed project sites.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes during the design and construction phases.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
Keep up-to-date with new developments and advancements in the field of civil engineering and incorporate them into project designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design and project management.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
