Title: Technical Solutions Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing complex technical solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide expert technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and architecture, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives and requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements
• Create technical specifications and architecture diagrams to guide development teams
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve processes
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise and support during client meetings and presentations
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster their technical growth and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with a variety of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
• Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Project management experience is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, are preferred
