Position: Multimedia Production Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Multimedia Production Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various multimedia projects, including videos, animations, and other digital content. You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality multimedia materials that align with our company's goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute multimedia projects, including videos, animations, and other digital content
• Develop project timelines and schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Source and manage external vendors and freelancers, such as videographers, animators, and voiceover artists
• Coordinate and oversee the production process, including script development, filming, editing, and post-production
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all multimedia materials meet our company's standards and brand guidelines
• Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking and reporting on expenditures
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and materials for multimedia projects
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in multimedia projects, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for new technologies and techniques that could enhance our multimedia production process
• Assist with other multimedia tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in multimedia production or project coordination
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Working knowledge of animation software, such as Adobe After Effects or Maya, is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Knowledge of current multimedia trends and best practices
• A portfolio or samples of previous multimedia projects is a plus
