Position Overview: As a Featured Celebrity Talent, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and managing high-profile celebrities for our company's projects and events. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with these celebrities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring their successful participation in our projects. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry and be a part of creating unforgettable experiences for our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential celebrity talents that align with our company's brand and projects.
• Reach out and build relationships with celebrities and their representatives to pitch our projects and secure their participation.
• Negotiate contracts and fees with celebrities in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the celebrity's involvement in our projects, including scheduling, logistics, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to effectively promote and leverage the participation of celebrities in our projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to anticipate potential talent availability and maintain a strong network of celebrity contacts.
• Act as the main point of contact for celebrities throughout their involvement with our company, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent our company and build relationships with potential celebrity talents.
• Provide support and guidance to our team members on talent-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or management, preferably in the entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully securing high-profile celebrity talents for projects or events.
• Strong network of celebrity contacts and knowledge of the industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and staying up-to-date with trends and news.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
