Position: Adventure Travel Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adventure Travel Specialist to join our team. As an Adventure Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and organizing unique and exciting travel experiences for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create personalized itineraries that cater to their specific interests and needs. The ideal candidate is a travel enthusiast with a deep understanding of different cultures, a strong knowledge of adventure travel destinations, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and interests
• Research and identify unique adventure travel destinations, experiences, and accommodations
• Create customized itineraries that meet the clients' specific needs and preferences
• Coordinate and book all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process and ensure all their questions and concerns are addressed
• Provide clients with detailed information and recommendations about their travel destinations
• Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destinations
• Build and maintain relationships with travel partners and suppliers
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip and provide necessary support to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in adventure travel
• Extensive knowledge of adventure travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to create and manage budgets
• Proficient in using travel planning software and tools
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences to clients
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
