Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and a proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of products in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize product shortages.
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Develop and implement procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and track warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the movement of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Maintain records of warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving logs, and employee performance.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
