Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new ceramic materials and products that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve existing ceramic products and develop new ones.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designs for ceramic products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production of ceramic products.
• Analyze and interpret data from experiments and tests to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Conduct quality control checks on ceramic products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects in the production process and propose solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, test reports, and project plans.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of ceramics and implement new techniques and technologies into the design and production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Ceramic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ceramics engineering or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of ceramic materials, properties, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with quality control processes and procedures is preferred.
