Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for industrial automation? Do you have experience in project management and a strong understanding of automation processes? If so, our company is seeking an Industrial Automation Project Manager to join our team and lead our automation projects to success.As an Industrial Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of automation projects. You will work closely with our clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and engineering teams.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure that the project is on track and meets all technical requirements.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear communication to all team members.
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the project and identify opportunities for future business.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
• Strong understanding of automation processes and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering automation projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
