Position: Global Supply Chain Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations on a global scale. This is a critical role within our company, as our success relies heavily on the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to drive efficiency, cost savings, and growth
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, production, and logistics
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with business goals and objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
• Implement and maintain supply chain processes, systems, and tools to streamline operations and improve performance
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk and resolve any supply chain disruptions
• Stay current with industry trends and developments, and incorporate best practices into supply chain strategies and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a global role
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and driving continuous improvement
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in supply chain software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of global supply chain regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
