About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Director to oversee the development and implementation of our education programs. As the Education Program Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for our education programs in alignment with our organization's mission and objectives
• Lead a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including school administrators, community organizations, and government agencies to establish partnerships and secure funding for our programs
• Oversee the development and delivery of curriculum, ensuring high-quality and innovative learning experiences for students
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives and improve outcomes
• Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in education, incorporating them into program development and delivery
• Represent our organization at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our education programs and build partnerships
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote our education programs and increase program enrollment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management, preferably in the education sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven experience in curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Passion for education and a commitment to improving educational outcomes for students from diverse backgrounds
