Job Title: Infrastructure Manager
Position Overview: As an Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of all aspects of the company's infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all systems and networks are functioning efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the company's infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all infrastructure components
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain documentation for all infrastructure processes and procedures
