Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure that the aircraft is in proper working condition
Review flight plans and weather conditions to determine the safest and most efficient route
Communicate with air traffic control and follow all instructions and regulations
Operate aircraft controls and maneuver the aircraft to maintain a safe and stable flight
Monitor and adjust instruments and systems to ensure proper functioning of the aircraft
Make decisions in emergency situations and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of the aircraft and its passengers
Communicate with passengers and provide necessary assistance and information during the flight
Coordinate with ground staff for take-off and landing procedures
Complete post-flight checks and reports, including any maintenance issues or incidents
Stay updated on all aviation regulations and ensure compliance at all times
Continuously train and develop skills to maintain proficiency in flying and operating different types of aircraft

Requirements:

Valid commercial pilot's license
Minimum of 1,500 hours of flight experience
Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field (preferred)
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Good physical condition and ability to pass medical examinations
Willingness to work irregular hours and be away from home for extended periods of time
Ability to work well in a team and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
