If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.BuildMasters Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for managing a team of construction workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is carried out according to plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers and provide guidance and support to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and project plans to ensure all work is carried out according to specifications.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address any issues or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours to track project costs and provide reports to upper management.
• Enforce safety standards and protocols on job sites to ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
• Train and mentor construction workers to improve their skills and knowledge, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Procure materials and equipment needed for construction projects, and maintain inventory and supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and project plans.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer software and applications related to construction management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
