Job Title: Pilot

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot to join our team. As a Pilot, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our aircraft, ensuring the safety of passengers and cargo, and adhering to all aviation regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies
• Conduct pre-flight checks and inspections to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition
• Communicate with air traffic control and other aircraft to ensure safe routing and adherence to flight plans
• Make critical decisions in emergency situations, such as adverse weather conditions or equipment malfunctions
• Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including addressing any concerns or questions they may have during the flight
• Manage and coordinate with the flight crew, including co-pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure a smooth and efficient flight
• Keep accurate records of flight logs, including flight time, fuel usage, and any maintenance issues
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, advancements, and best practices, and incorporate them into daily operations
• Conduct regular safety drills and training exercises with the flight crew to maintain a high level of preparedness for potential emergencies

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Minimum of 3,000 flight hours, with at least 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
• Prior experience flying the specific type of aircraft operated by the company is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations
• Strong commitment to safety and adhering to aviation regulations
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Willingness to relocate, if necessary, to be based at a different airport or hub
