Job Description: As a Database Activity Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of our company's databases. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our databases, as well as creating and implementing efficient processes to improve data management. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to ensure that data is properly collected, stored, and utilized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company databases, including data retrieval, backup, and recovery
• Develop and implement data storage and security policies and procedures
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Collaborate with IT team to design and implement new databases and systems
• Regularly perform data audits and identify and resolve any data quality issues
• Work with other departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Train and support employees on proper data management and usage
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in database management
• Proficient in SQL and other database management tools
• Strong understanding of database security and data protection
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
