Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify instructional needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay updated with the latest instructional techniques and tools.
Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, that are aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
Train and coach teachers on best practices for instructional delivery, assessment, and differentiation techniques.
Provide ongoing support and feedback to teachers to ensure the implementation of effective instructional strategies in the classroom.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Analyze student data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions to address learning gaps.
Collaborate with special education teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Stay updated with technology trends and integrate innovative instructional technology tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Conduct professional development sessions for teachers on instructional strategies, curriculum, and technology integration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instructional Specialist or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Experience in using technology tools for instructional purposes.
Knowledge of special education laws and procedures.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive instructional decisions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
