Job Title: Energy Resource Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Resource Manager to join our team. As an Energy Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the use of energy resources within our organization. This includes developing and implementing energy efficiency strategies, overseeing energy procurement, and identifying opportunities for renewable energy initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement energy management plans to reduce energy consumption and costs.
• Monitor and analyze energy usage data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Coordinate with various departments to implement energy efficiency projects and initiatives.
• Conduct energy audits and provide recommendations for energy conservation measures.
• Manage energy procurement processes, including negotiating contracts and monitoring market trends.
• Stay up-to-date on energy industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of energy industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing energy efficiency projects and reducing energy costs.
• Experience with energy procurement and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
