Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Outsourcing Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to clients on developing and implementing successful outsourcing strategies. This is a highly strategic role that requires a deep understanding of outsourcing trends and best practices, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and identify areas that can be outsourced to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement outsourcing strategies that align with client objectives and drive cost savings
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
• Conduct market research to identify potential outsourcing vendors and evaluate their capabilities and track record
• Lead negotiations with outsourcing vendors to secure contracts that meet client needs and provide favorable terms
• Monitor and track outsourcing projects to ensure they are delivered within budget and on time
• Proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks or issues to clients and provide recommendations for resolution
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outsourcing to continuously improve service offerings and provide thought leadership to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing strategy development and project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering outsourcing projects and achieving cost savings for clients
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and outsourcing vendors
• In-depth knowledge of outsourcing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel as needed.
