We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oil and Gas Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations in the oil and gas industry. This includes managing production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve company goals and objectives, in alignment with the overall company strategy
• Manage and oversee daily production operations, including drilling, well completion, and production activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards
• Monitor production and operational costs, and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and contractors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Develop and maintain operational budgets, and track actual performance against targets
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing support and guidance to ensure the achievement of business objectives
• Develop and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring all employees follow safe work practices and procedures
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in oil and gas operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas production processes, equipment, and technologies
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving performance improvement
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the oil and gas industry
• Willingness to travel to different sites and locations as required
