About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide innovative and effective solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that meet the client's requirements.

Lead the development and implementation of new technology solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Conduct research and keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to identify potential solutions for clients.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and ensure that project activities are aligned with the overall solution architecture.

Evaluate and select hardware and software components to be used in the solution architecture.

Define and document solution architecture, including diagrams, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the solution architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and recommend improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar role.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using a variety of technologies, such as Java, .NET, and cloud-based solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.

Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF, are highly desirable.
