Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technology Director to join our team. As the Technology Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding all aspects of our company's technology strategies, operations, and innovations. You will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our organization by ensuring that our technology infrastructure, systems, and processes are aligned with our business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall technology strategy and roadmap for the organization, in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
• Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions and services.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of all technology systems, infrastructure, and applications, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our business and operations.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance our business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
• Develop and maintain technology policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand their technology needs and provide strategic guidance and solutions to support their objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology products and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality delivery.
• Develop and monitor technology budgets, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate technology updates, initiatives, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, security, and data management.
• Experience managing and leading a team of technology professionals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies is a plus.
