Position: Design Engineer

Location: Haapsalu, Estonia

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs of our clients. You will play a vital role in the product development process, from conceptualization to prototyping to final production. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts that meet project requirements and align with company goals
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software
• Perform product testing and analysis to ensure design integrity and functionality
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee production process
• Maintain accurate documentation of design process and specifications
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve product design and processes
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design and development
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and materials
• Experience with product testing and analysis
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
