Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Science Education Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Science Education Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing science education programs and resources for students of all ages. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop science education programs and resources for students of all ages, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure that programs and resources align with curriculum standards and best practices in science education.
• Conduct research to stay updated on current trends and developments in science education.
• Train and provide support to educators on the implementation of science education programs and resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, and community partners to promote and expand the reach of our science education programs.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and other educational activities to engage students in hands-on learning experiences.
• Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance science education programs and resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of science education programs and resources and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote and market science education programs and resources to a wider audience.
• Attend conferences and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in science education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science Education, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing science education programs and resources.
• Strong knowledge of science curriculum standards and best practices in science education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build relationships with external partners.
• Experience in training and providing support to educators is preferred.
• Proficiency in using technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for science education and inspiring the next generation of scientists.
