Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
