We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various telecommunications projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple telecommunications projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to discuss project timelines, progress, and any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify potential new project opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and providing regular budget reports.
• Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all project stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Mentor and coach project team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Conduct project evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP certification is preferred.
