Salary: EUR: €68,000 - €110,000 per year

Job Overview: As the Education Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our education programs. You will work closely with the program team to ensure that our programs are aligned with our mission and goals. You will also collaborate with external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to expand our reach and impact. This is a dynamic role that requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of education and social issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of education programs, including developing program goals, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with the program team to design and implement high-quality educational curriculum and materials
• Work with external partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Monitor program progress and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Manage a team of educators and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and feedback
• Develop and maintain program reports and documentation for funders and stakeholders
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our programs and mission

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of educational theories, principles, and practices
• Experience working with diverse communities and understanding of cultural competency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on the lives of students
