Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement visual concepts for various projects, including but not limited to print, digital, and video productions
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines
Create mockups, storyboards, and sketches to communicate design ideas and receive feedback from the team
Produce high-quality designs and layouts that align with project objectives and timelines
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and in line with brand guidelines
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the final output meets technical specifications and is of the highest quality
Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions
Manage and organize design files and assets to ensure easy access and retrieval
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Provide support to other team members as needed, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Designer or a similar role
Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Experience in video production and animation is a plus
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and clients
Experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and project requirements
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and take direction and feedback positively
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field
